Chocolate Bread

I tried this easy recipe for Almond Butter Bread recently and it was a bit dry for me and a little bland. However, I thought it would make a great fixer upper.

I picked up some MaraNatha Dark Chocolate Almond Spread and made another batch.

It is as good as any chocolate cake I’ve ever made. Not too sweet and moist enough to hold together.

I usually warm through Angel Hair Shirataki noodles as a base for this dish, but you could use rice or ramen or whatever.

Chicken Lettuce Wraps

  1. In a large pot or wok on stove top / medium heat - saute white onions, mushrooms and chestnuts in butter until onions are translucent. add ground chicken to pan cook well add green onions (hold some back for garnish), sauces and sugar substitute.
  2. Simmer until the liquids reduce by half serve in lettuce "cups" or in lettuce wraps
  3. Garnish with green onions and cashews
